About Us
 
 The company was founded by Michael Drayer, who has been in the roofing industry since 1983. He began his career running the Washington, DC Metropolitan division for a national roofing company based out of Norfolk, VA. During his tenure there, he concentrated primarily on government projects, including the Kennedy Center, the Arlington House in the Arlington cemetery, National Air Port (now Reagan National) and NIC 1 & NIC 2 (Naval Intelligence Command Centers). He also worked on numerous military bases such as Quantico, Ft. Detrick, Ft. Myer, Aberdeen Proving grounds, Norfolk Navel Base and the Annapolis Research Center. Among his clients are the GSA, NSA, FAA, Corp of Engineers, and many more.
With the solid foundation of Michael's extensive experience with government re-roofing projects, Tri-County Roofing & Sheet Metal has grown to become a leader in the roofing industry. We can handle any size job, big or small, and we're proficient in every type of roofing system in the market: Single Ply, Modified Bitumen, BUR (Built Up Roofing), Shingles, Metal, and even Slate. All our formen are specially trained and are required to attend manufacturer's workshops at least once a year to keep up with changing products and details. Plus, every single employee is certified and tested at the highest possible standards. Based out of Westminster, MD for 15 years, we remain committed to quality customer service.
